Issue Type (put a capital X between the brackets to indicate issue type)

Description

When taking the practice exam, if you close the page and reopen it you are taken to the third page of the test regardless of which page you are on. If you do not happen to notice that it can (like it did for me) cause you to enter incorrect information on one of the testing pages as you are looking at the wrong page to test. This is disorienting and causes a large waste of time in an already very timely test.

Actual Behavior / Observation

leaving the test page and reopening it send the user to the last page of the exam.

Expected Behavior / Recommendation

Leaving a test page and reopening it returns you to the page you were on or at least the beginning of the exam pages and not the end.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue (if applicable)

open a test exam, start entering answers for the page to test, close the browser windows and reopen and see you are now on the 3rd (or last) page of the test.
