Description
For the incremental practice exam question for use of color, there is a line chart. The line chart in all the page samples randomly chosen are identical. It has a blue line and a red line, and a legend to indicate which color goes with which product/company. There are no other distinguishing symbols or labels on the graph to show which line goes with which product. How is that not a use of color violation all the time? I had to try 6 times before my guess aligned with whatever answer was given. I could see no difference in any of the graph versions to indicate that is was ever correctly displayed. There are descriptions of the graph beneath it, which I suppose could be used to figure out which line belongs to which product by matching the values, but the cognitive load on that would be a failure in my opinion.
