Description

I have passed the practice exam and requested access to the Final Certification Exam of the Trusted Tester Web Certification Program and I am yet to receive a response. I initially sent my request on 8th November 2023, and tried several times afterwards without any response. My username is jacproc.

No access to the Final Certification Exam of Trusted Tester Web Certification Program.

Expected Behavior / Recommendation

Upon sending an email to accessibility@hq.dhs.gov with the subject line 'Final Exam Access Request', I should receive access to the Final Certification Exam.
