not responding when save a .py file #680

reproduce the problem:
1.ctrl+n to new a python file
2.ctrl+s to save this file.
3.chose a place to save.
4.not responding.

i don't know why when i open a .py file it become 'not responding'

I cannot reproduce it here.  Clearly, what you describe is such a basic 
functionality failure that would make PyScripter unusable.  As the 80K+ 
downloads show many people are happily using PyScripter.  

So there must be something different in your site.   Are you using a standard 
hard disk for saving?  Anything else that is special?  Can you open the files 
in which PyScripter gets stuck with say Notepad?

thanks for your reply.

My pyScripter usually not very stable.
After few weeks, i found that, if i use it at office, where have 2
monitors, i works fine.
but when i get back home, i use my laptop's monitor only, when i switch
windows sometimes pysripter will not responding
i think this caused by my display card driver, which produced by Nvidia.
i think they are not compatible.

DELL precision M4400,
OS: windows XP pro 2002 sp3
Nvida ctrl panel version 2.5
