The Source Code View in the Tools Menu is inoperable #743

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on the Source Code Views
2.Click on any one of the three menu items
3.The items are dimmed out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Assemble version of code.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 2.5.3.0 X86

Please provide any additional information below.

They will reappear when you go back to the source code using the tabs.  To 
close a tab  (other than the source code), right-click on the tab and select 
close.

I agree it would be more intuitive if the menu options were checked and 
unchecked appropriately and I might change this.
