New service readEnrollmentResult in enrollment interface #36

Perhaps it would be more interesting and less complex to have a simple WS just providing the enrollment process status (enrollment, verification, rejected, accepted...). And if needed another one able to retrieve more detailed (and possibly sensitive) information. No? :)

@wberges I have updated this PR to have two services instead of one. Let me know if this is OK. See read-enroll-results.pdf for an extract of the doc focused on the 2 services.
