fix(fetch_url): fix unwanted subdomain and rework fetch_url task #126
rework the way that fetch_url works to be sure to fetch all the URL for the given subdomain, no others- the possibility to follow redirect for the tools that supports it
more loggers at some location of the fetch_url task
improve debug log in console to correctly display all message (some are skipped)
add the tool that get the URL in the console log (next I will add this information to the db with the endpoint URL and displays in the UI)
Now fetch_url is more accurate, and retrieve only the correct subdomain
