feat(django): Django upgrade to 4.2 #202

Expected feature

As Django 3.2.25 is deprecated, upgrade to 4.2 LTS is mandatory to prevent, primarily, security issue

4.2 is the current LTS version

And next year we must update to 5.2 which will be the next LTS
