feat(ui): add "update all" button to Tool Arsenal #46

Is there an existing feature or issue for this?

Because I'd like to run a scan with all the latest versions of the used tools, it's effort to click "Check Update" for every tool. That's why I'd like an "Update all" button.

And also is it possible in Rengine to upgrade all tools from the terminal and not just from the interface Maybe adding it to the https://github.com/glownd/rengine-tool/

I believe that is likely possible. Might be a couple months until I can look at it (or anyone can feel free to add it) -- probably wouldn't take that long.
