fix(scan): centralize and log subdomains creation #97

Read issue for details.

What's done/fixed:

subdomain creation are now centralized, no more set_or_create and out of scope subdomain creation
subdomain are set lowercase for existence comparison in the db
subdomain error are catched (and displayed) to not interrupt the scanning process by skipping the bad record
add more log concerning subdomains, email, employee, IP creation. Good for debug

Tested and working
