Re-enable non-spanning multi-monitor support #17

This fixes non-spanning multi-monitor support on my system. Tested in stacked and side-by-side configuration. Stacked configuration had a bug where the height of the window was not accounted for and the bottom banner of the upper monitor and the top banner of the lower were overlaid -- this is now fixed.
