updated readme with GCP config instructions #39

Some minor doc updates explaining how to configure the tool for each cloud provider.. still missing Azure as we are working through the set up at the moment.

Can we just have the line of "OS requirement", as this tool wouldn't work on Windows Else can we just describe that, it doesn't work on Windows
