What does "safe" torrenting mean. I have heard that http://put.io is a "safe" way to torrent files but I have no idea if that safe is the same safe you are talking about.

Thanks for stopping by dfc, there is a lot of talk about using proxies and VPN to torrent files more anonymously to avoid mass surveillance. Also can talk about the positive uses of torrents and how not all torrenting is bad.
