feat: improve classification logic and support batch classification

• Improve classification logic
  • Minimize error message by removing register identifiers and filenames for more meaningful hashing
  • Categorize errors by pass name
  • For instruction legalization and selection, further categorize errors into subtypes by instructions
• Add batch classification script
  • Reduce command typing
  • Generate human-readable ll for each crash
• Fully typed (Python 3.8+ required)
