Fix intrinsic

[tinkerrc]

• Complexity issue is fixed for sure. The compiler chose to use operator bool() for some reason and simdjson didn't like that.
• I haven't tested the intrinsic fix yet, but I think it works?

• I think the first patch works.
• For the second, I don't think we should special casing them here. I suggest we dump IID as usual and let the user(InsertIntrinsicStrategy) what it want to do with overloaded Intrinsics.

Sure, I'm moving the second patch to InsertIntrinsicStrategy. (And don't forget to fetch llvm-project pattern-lookup and regenerate the JSONs since I changed size_t to int within llvm-tblgen)
