For an operating client, the user should be able to clone the repo, read the instructions on the ReadMe and be able to start collecting logs.
A few of the things this depends on are AWS IAM credentials for the user policies. This will be dependent on what is set by admins on AWS and how terraform supplies these policies for a created user.
