VECTR Community Issue and Discussion Guidelines

GitHub Issue Submission Guidelines

Before you submit a new report, please search the issue archive for similar issues.

If your issue appears to be a bug and hasn't been previously reported, open a new issue with details on how to reproduce the bug. The "new issue" form should include enough information to understand and categorize the issue. Screenshots and log information are helpful.

Questions about application use, configuration, suggestions should be created in the "Discussion" forum of the VECTR GitHub project rather than "Issues" tab.

Community Unsupported Features

Certain VECTR application features are complex power-user or enterprise features. SRA remains focused on providing new features and maintaining integrations with community projects so to reduce time spent on non-development activity, SRA does not provide support for certain features. Submitted GitHub Issues related to these topics will be closed, but you are free to start a discussion in the "Discussions" section rather than a support issue/bug report.

  • Beyond the documentation available at docs.vectr.io, SRA does not provide support for VECTR application or environment configuration of SSO due to the complexity of individual implementations
