Question: upgrade from 7.x to 8.x #149

Greetings, love the work you guys do.

I saw 8.0.0 was released, but no formal instructions on the upgrade page. My assumption is that you just update the docker-compose file to include 8.0, then bring the solution down and back up. But wanted to ask, double-check, and make your team aware that the docs were missing those details.
