Issues with Upgrading VECTR to version v8.0.2 #153

When I am trying to upgrade the VECTR to v8.0.2, I am getting this error: 2021-10-27T20:33:13.189+0000 Failed: can't create session: could not connect to server: server selection error: server selection timeout, current topology: { Type: Single, Servers: [{ Addr: localhost:27017, Type: Unknown, State: Connected, Average RTT: 0, Last error: connection() : dial tcp 127.0.0.1:27017: connect: connection refused }, ] }

Can you please provide any recommendation on how to fix this issue?

I also get this error 2021-10-27T20:57:44.176+0000 Failed: can't create session: could not connect to server: connection() : auth error: sasl conversation error: unable to authenticate using mechanism "SCRAM-SHA-256": (AuthenticationFailed) Authentication failed.
