Ability to identify 'orphan' test cases (not assigned to any campaign template) #196

At the moment I have numerous campaign templates and test cases, and I know that some test cases are not used (because of erroneous duplication, failure to remember to include in a template, failure to delete in a timely manner, etc). However, I have no way of checking which ones aren't used, and there are too many to consider doing it manually. It would be great to have a feature that identifies test cases that do not belong to any campaign template, so I can review and delete/retain as appropriate.
