Ability to go back to a 'not performed' state #198

Sometimes I start a test case and mark it as 'in progress'. But then, for whatever reason, I decide against it. My only current option, 'Abandoned', does not feel like a correct statement in some cases, since I should not have even started it. Additionally, if I later filter for 'Not Performed' cases, my 'Abandoned' cases will not show up. Suggest adding the ability to revert test cases to a 'not performed' state.

I have found changing the test case to "Paused" helps with that but the ability to set a test case marked as any status back to "Not Performed" would be very useful as people sometimes make mistakes and then there are cases where an issue prevents planned testing from occurring even though the tester has already marked the case as "In Progress"
