Fixes typo in the command when setting RUN_USER.

'whoami' and 'who am i' are both present in the majority of distros, but they were working slightly differently in practice. We'll verify these changes on at least CentOS and ubuntu before committing.

No longer needed, installation process changed to not require shell scripts run on host.
