Provide Container with prepared environment #8

Create Container wich provides a prepared Environment which uncludes the necessary tools and services. This would remove the need of manuall building a environment.

Example:

Docker Container with Python and go-lang installed
provide nuclei-templates & nmap-erpscan scripts
provide nmap, nuclei tool, etc
etc

Add tools from repo to container /tools folder
cleanup *.md files from /tools/.bin directory

Container package released. New additional will be automatically included due to GitHub action. Update wiki page with Quickstart section
