…our: set kinetic theory to off (use granularRheology), update postprocessing python script with alpha.a instead of alpha_a, use scipy griddata instead of mlab (deprecated). Also added the switch for TOTALpressure in pEqn.H to allow for turbidity currents simulation at high slopes.
