Review usage of extension To<> and usage of Caster<>

Initially designed for NBi.io, Expressif allows you to define variables, transformations of these variables (with expressions and functions), in plain text, which can then be interpreted by the engine. Same can be done with predicates.

Both solutions have no code coverage
Sounds that Caster<> is not used anymore but is more Expressif-based than To<>
To<> probably doesn't handle well YearMonth
To<> is smarter in terms of C#-native casting

The best solution is probably to include the smart points of extension To<> into Caster<>
