Tseesecake should support to translate queries to T-SQL dialect (Microsoft SQL Server).
To do:
Date_Part
Date_Trunc
LIMIT/OFFSET
OFFSET/FETCH
ORDER BY ... NULLS DESC/ASC
CASE
Qualify
Having
Filter
age
Since
DIFFDATE
