Support of type Timestamp(TZ) #86

This type is required to avoid aggregation issues when aggregating by day or larger units.

[x] Parse Timestamp(TZ) or Timestamp(TimeZone)
[x] Add to the model a new type TimestampTz inheriting from Timestamp
[ ] Add QA tests including Timestamp(TZ) (with daylight savings dates)
