Decide what to put in offering publication wizard step 3: price and policies

Hi there! The goal of this issue is to decide what to put in the third step of the offering publication wizard. This step deals with two things:

the price to put on the offering
the policies to set to rule its access

For the pricing, we need to:

[ ] decide what currency to use. Maybe just IOTAs for the first version of Sedimark ?
[ ] decide whether we add a warning to inform users of the network costs/gas fees associated with offering creation, even if their asset is free, and if yes, what to put in this message.

For the policies, we need to decide why ones we are supporting, at least for the first version of Sedimark. We assumed that only a date range of validity will be supported (i.e. that the offering is valid only from date X to date Y).

Policies will be ODRL, but no no idea on which ones to support within SEDIMARK. We can go step by step and start with time periods. I remember to see this in the past, it might serve you as inspiration: https://odrl-pap.mydata-control.de/policy/ComplexPolicyForm

Cost is a different topic, currently linked to https://github.com/Sedimark/sedimark-smart-contracts/issues/2. LINKS should lead the discussion when talking about the costs. Still, would it make sense to model it as another ODRL policy?
