Dist bundles alternatives #16

Following #15, we need to permit "alternatives" on dist bundles creation, depending on the HTTP version and librairies management in production.

The two alternatives to HTTP/1 optimisation are :

HTTP/2 oriented, without any bundle
and HTTP/1 oriented but with separated jspm librairies bundle for a centralized management and cache optimisation

With Angular 2 now being our main goal, we will no longer add important features to our AngularJS seed other than the ones requested by our clients and existing AngularJS projects.
