Folders hierarchy modifications

Most of the folders hierarchy is currently the consequence of the first fork. It isn't consistent with our guidelines.

The following modifications on folders hierarchy should be done :

• ./src to ./app
  • ./src/app to ./app/src
  • ./app/src/common (from ./src/common)
  • ./app/libs (from ./jspm_packages)
  • ./app/index.html (from ./index.html)
  • ./app/system.config.js (from ./system.config.js)
• new folder ./target containing :
  • tmp (from ./dist)
  • dist (from ./prod)
  • coverage (from ./coverage)
• into the test folder
  • ./test/app to ./test/unit (mirror of the new ./app/src folder)
  • ./test/karma.conf.js (from ./karma.conf.js)
  • ./test/protractor.conf.js (from ./protractor.conf.js)
