Brightness of screen is now controlled in the following ways:
1) when user is interacting with the knob (full brightness)
2) when the user has stopped interacting with it and 5 seconds has passed. The luminosity of the screen falls to a range that is [ MAX luminosity / 8, and 0] based on the enviroment luminosity.
