Enable Networking | SSH over USB

This will allow us to debug our SeedSigner Dev version.

I just want to confirm that your PR include dev version also to debug https://github.com/SeedSigner/seedsigner-os/pull/51, so I can close this @newtonick

Dev versions in PR 51 do not add ssh.
