Update NuGet README file
Update the contents of the index page and the getting_started page
Create an outline of the docs site:
- Overview
- Getting Started
- SeedPython (unfinished)
- Visualization API (unfinished)
- Embedding in .Net (unfinished)
- Embedding in Unity (unfinished)
- Building and Testing
