Installation on Ubuntu (and maybe other OSes) pauses to ask about CPAN.pm method #4

I have been telling people to choose:

YES for automatically SUDO for approach YES for connecting to the Internet

Need to add in the the CPAN.pm method to be selected automatically.

I this this should be left as is....

Why should we leave this choice in there? What difference would it make? I really want to make this script as automated as possible.

Cpam mirrors are dodgy at the best of times and it's not always successful, I think giving the users preference is optimal

I have decided to leave this as is based on feedback.
