Tooltip Position for radar chart #208

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.draw radar chart with mouse attribute(track, trackAll, relative)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that tooltip will be shown within chart area.But it goes outside of 
chart area.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.0-alpha and Window XP
