Property 'upload.tool.serial' is undefined for Arduino 2.0.0 IDE #11

If installed into the new Arduino 2.0.0 IDE, it fails to recognise the upload tool and you get an error: Property 'upload.tool.serial' is undefined I believe the property name has changed in this version of the IDE.
