Added custom board hardware configuration information, to help other people who are trying to adapt this board in potentiometers or other type of use.

From datasheet:

• Pin 1 (VDD5V) Supply Positive voltage supply (IDD_BURN: 100mA) in 5V mode (requires 100nF decoupling capacitor)
• Pin 2 (VDD3V3) Supply Positive voltage supply in 3.3V mode (requires an external 1-μF decoupling capacitor in 5V mode)
• Pin 5 (PGO): Digital input Program option (internal pull-up, connected to GND = Programming Option B)
• Pin 8 (DIR) Digital input Direction polarity (GND = values increase clockwise, VDD = values increase counterclockwise)
