Adding ESPHome Support for Seeed Studio 24GHz mmWave for XIAO #1665

The example in the Wiki connects only via Bluetooth. With the following attachment, we can add the functionality of the sensor connected to a Seeed Xiao ESP32_S3 Sense with camera.
