support hidden ssid

I want to use hidden(stealth) ssid access point for ReButton. But the hidden ssid is not listed on settings.

I modified html and javascript on "static const char* HTMLWIFI[AB]". But it's tested only on browser(chrome/firefox). I could not build firmware for ReButton. Because I know html and javascript, but not around Arduino, sorry.

申し訳ないのですが、Arduino 関連が全く分からず、firemware構築ができません。 そのため、このPullRequestを適用することで、ステルスSSIDのアクセスポイントを 利用できるかを確認できていません。 [Save]ボタンクリックで、httpサーバに情報が渡るように修正したつもりです。

お手数ですが、動作確認をお願いします。
