FeRAM CS#のプルアップ #1

電源オン直後、このCS#は不定になり、FeRAMが動作する可能性がある。 （FeRAM(U2)のCS#はMDBT50Q(U1)のP0.20に直結していて、追加部品は無い。）

CS#にプルアップを追加してはどうか？
