Can't handle differing monitor resolutions #52

When using multiple monitors, if the screens have different resolutions, then plwm does not handle it correctly.

For example, if I attach a second 4k monitor next to the 1920x1080 one, then both workspaces appear on the 4k screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 for each.
