So as discussed in PR #31, I took the service extractor out of the original PR#31 and put it here as a standalone new PR. I addressed all comments from #31 as far as I was able. If approved I intend to create additional PRs for the new technology dsl extractor, data dsl extractor, and the openapi stuff.

Thanks a lot for the PR, which I basically like and only left few comments to consider before it can finally go into main.

Two final remarks:

Please squash both commits into one.
Please adapt the commit message to comply with LEMMA's usual commit message format. For example, commit 08d87828 that introduced the Data DSL's extractor plugin was named "Data DSL: Add extractor plugin". So something along the lines "Service DSL: Add extractor plugin" should be just fine.
