Follow-Up to 0.5 to improve several things internally

[x] Improve some functions in the Code
[x] Add "System Default" Design Option which loads by Default
[x] Add more Exception Handlers in case errors occur
[x] Add detection for outdated OS
[x] Fix duplicate finder not working at all
[x] Add Support for pack version 12 & 13 to duplicate finder
[x] Add Support for pack version 14 & 15 including 1.20.1 across the software
[x] Fix empty lines being added when adding items
[x] Fix some issues when loading or saving settings
[x] Change "hide beta warning" setting to "hide legacy warning"
[x] Fix profile editor not working at all
[x] Rename help window (documentary -> documentation)

There may also be another follow-up release that rewrites the duplicate finder, or maybe I'll even include it in this update. Or maybe not all.

Decided because of how big this update already is, that I will not include a duplicate finder rework. It may come in the next update.

Duplicate finder will not be touched in this update, it will get its own rework next update
