The URL in Import-CommandSuite help points to a 404 Online Version: https://github.com/SeeminglyScience/EditorServicesCommandSuite/blob/master/docs/en-US/Import-CommandSuite.md

also Get-Help Import-CommandSuite -Online same thing.

I also have this issue. For me I still can't get this module working in VSCode following the preceding steps in the readme.md until I hit that link and got 404.
