This is most likely best achieved by one of the following:

Providing a function to fill out the backlog seek table with the ideal values
Providing documentation to users on how to fill out the backlog seek table to achieve this outcome

It should be possible for users to express their preferred backlog value as either a number OR a percentage of the current backlog
