TERM Lite provides an Excel template that users can use to create their inventories. Create a function to take turn that file into the required inputs for this model.

Such a function should provide warnings for when an asset is added that does not have the appropriate dimensions, but not error out. This will allow users to then update the appropriate dimension tables with the necessary information.
