This is not a flaw of our UI. The dark blue padding is meant to wrap the patient information which are the texts inside the blue box, and act as a background. As long as the texts can be seen, our app is usable and our expected implementation of the UI is met.

Reason for disagreement: This creates visual discontinuity within the app with certain blue portions and a glaring white portion that looks out of place, and indicates that the UI was not designed properly to accommodate larger displays and provide more utility for said viewports.
As such, this is a cosmetic flaw that warrants at least a Very Low severity.
The details pane does not resize well, on large displays, and a large blank space is viewable.
