Reason for disagreement: This indicates incomplete details being added to the guide, and the list numbering could indicate that the test case itself is incomplete when it may in fact contain complete steps to test that feature.
Thus, this is a cosmetic flaw that warrants at least a Very Low severity.
"3. more test cases" is unclear if that is a test case, or a test case that is going to be added later, as it is included in the list sequence numbering.
"More Test cases will be added in the future." would be clearer.
