Thank you for mentioning this. We do recognize that the app requires response time. However, w believe this is normal. Through our testing, this response time is extremely short which does not cause significant impact to the users. Also, provided that the second click can work, it further proves that our application will not cause issue to our users.

Reason for disagreement: While it still functions, this flaw means that the app does not function as advertised.
The guide states that "the user may click on a contact to view the details", but does not mention that a double-click is needed. In the target use case where a clinician may need to view many patients' details in quick succession, this added user friction per patient adds up and detracts from the user experience or convenience of using the app.
Furthermore, this behaviour also suggests that the app does not behave as advertised, or missed a documentation that a second click was needed.
As such, this is a feature flaw that affects at least a small subset of the user group, and thus warrants at least a Low severity.
Steps:
Error: Patient record does not display (in this case, Irfan), and a second click is needed.
