[x] Outputs should reflect item names in an input file.
[x] Enhance algorithm convergence for IRTest_Dich when there exist one or more negative slope parameters.
[x] Error in calculating MLE in the presence of missing data. #29
[x] summary returns the HQ criterion.
[x] Error in DataGeneration's model_D argument.
[x] plot function should employ latent_distribution.

Issue resolved. Increase version number to V 1.10.0
